Cellon Dermatology — Designated Institution for Advanced Regenerative Medicine
Cellon Dermatology has been formally designated by the Ministry of Health and Welfare as an Advanced Regenerative Medicine institution. This is not merely a title — it is an official government recognition of our capability to safely and scientifically deliver advanced regenerative medicine (cell therapy, gene therapy, and tissue-engineering therapy) based on human cells, genes, and tissues. Under Article 10 of the Advanced Regenerative Medicine & Biopharmaceuticals Act, any clinic that wishes to apply these therapies in practice must obtain designation from the Minister of Health and Welfare. Institutions that do not pass the rigorous review cannot perform advanced regenerative medicine.
Advanced regenerative medicine is a highly specialized field that isolates, cultures, and processes a patient's own cells outside the body before reintroducing them — or modifies genes to help regenerate damaged tissues.
The entire process — cell collection, processing, storage, and administration — must be designed to minimize any possibility of contamination, degradation, or adverse effects.
To this end, the Ministry of Health and Welfare enforces the following strict standards.

Cellon Dermatology has met every one of these requirements and was officially designated as an Advanced Regenerative Medicine institution in 2025.
The advanced regenerative therapies we offer at Cellon
Tissue & Organ Regeneration
Using stem cells and growth factors to help rebuild damaged skin, cartilage, and nerve tissue.Functional Recovery & Structural Support
Personalized cell therapy applied to joints and soft tissues weakened by aging or injury —Disease Care & Prevention
Early intervention is possible even for genetic or hard-to-treat conditions. By suppressing inflammationAdipose, blood, and bone-marrow sources
are all handled in-house,
so we can select the optimal cells
matched to each patient's tissue and goals.
Every step takes place in a sealed clean system
that blocks contact with outside air
to help minimize
infection risk.
We avoid reusable equipment
to fundamentally reduce
the risk of cell contamination.
Hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT)
is paired before and after cell injection
to help maximize cell viability
and angiogenesis.
Since 2009, we have accumulated
extensive experience in fat grafting and stem-cell procedures,
validating both technical refinement
and a strong safety record.
Safety System and Post-Care
To ensure the quality of every cell we administer, Cellon Dermatology tracks the full lifecycle —
collection, processing, administration, and storage. We also run a post-procedure monitoring
program that closely follows cell response, side effects, and tissue regeneration. This lets us
deliver a tailored care plan that adapts to each patient's recovery pace and daily routine.
Advanced regenerative medicine is not "the medicine of tomorrow" — it is a treatment option
available to you today. But because the techniques are so specialized, outcomes depend on
"where, with what system, and by whom" the treatment is performed. Cellon Dermatology brings
facilities, personnel, and experience that exceed regulatory minimums, delivering regenerative
medicine where every single cell is scientifically managed.
At Cellon Dermatology, switch your cells back 'ON.'
